Treat yourself to a refreshing burst of fruity goodness with this tantalising Apple and Passionfruit Mocktail recipe.

Ingredients
Ice
½ Apple, sliced thinly
330ml New Leaf Sparkling Apple Juice
375ml Willarra Gold Passionfruit Soda
330ml Mineral water
9 leaves fresh mint torn
1 lime, cut into wedges
Method
Place ice and fruit in a 1 litre jug.
Pour over the remaining ingredients and gently stir with a long spoon.
Add fresh mint.
To serve, pour into iced glasses then squeeze and drop a lime wedge into each glass.
